Responsibilities

The Animal Care Team Leader leads a group of Animal Care staff and ensures care work follows procedure, remains safe, and meets quality standards. This role suits someone with animal-care experience, management ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Assign, coordinate, and supervise the care team's work during each shift.
Ensure feeding, cleaning, care, and safety procedures meet standards.
Monitor overall animal health and behavior; handle and report unusual situations.
Work closely with veterinarians on monitoring, treatment, and disease prevention.
Manage supplies, food, tools, and the team's work schedule.
Train, guide, and mentor new staff while raising skill levels across the team.
Inspect and assess work quality and recommend improvements.
Report work progress and animal welfare updates to senior management.

Requirements

Animal-care experience; previous team leader or supervisor experience preferred.
Strong management, team coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
Love animals; responsible, exemplary, and a good communicator.
Good health, able to work under pressure; ages 22 – 45.
Veterinary, animal husbandry, biology, or related degree preferred.

Pay & benefits

Probation: 30,000₫/hour.
Official: from 35,000₫/hour + responsibility allowance, with raises based on performance.
Meal allowance: 30,000₫/day.

Working hours

Type: Full-time, shift-based.
Register a schedule from Monday to Sunday; the company reviews and confirms it.
