How do I buy tickets?
ZooJung limits guests in each time slot so the animals can live naturally and visitors can explore comfortably. Advance tickets get priority for the chosen slot; tickets at the counter are sold when space remains.

Do I need to book in advance?
You should. Guests who book ahead get priority entry for their chosen slot. If you come straight to the counter, you can still buy a ticket when space remains.
Why does ZooJung prioritise advance bookings?
Each time slot admits a limited number of guests. Residents need calm space to eat, rest, and live naturally.

How long does a visit take?
About 80–90 minutes for the full three-floor journey.
Can I touch or feed the animals?
Yes — in areas with guidance signs and when a keeper is with you. Use only food prepared by ZooJung, in the portion for each species.
Does ZooJung have animal shows?
No. No circus acts, no riding animals, no forced photos. What you see is real behaviour from each ZooJung resident.
Do children need an adult?
Yes. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the visit.
Can I leave and re-enter on the same day?
No. Each ticket is for one entry only.
