Responsibilities

Cashiers handle payment transactions at ZooJung's counter, keep cash-in and cash-out accurate, and deliver a friendly experience for guests using our services and shopping for pets.

Receive and process payments by cash, bank transfer, card, and e-wallet.
Verify transactions and issue invoices or receipts to customers.
Manage the cash float during the shift and reconcile income and expenses at shift end.
Enter revenue and order data into the sales management system.
Advise, answer questions, and support customers at the cashier counter.
Handle exchanges and returns according to ZooJung policy.
Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and professional.

Requirements

Honest, careful, and precise with money and numbers.
Quick with calculations and committed to minimizing errors.
Good communication with a polite, friendly, professional manner.
Able to use computers, point-of-sale software, and basic receipt printers.
Cashier or retail experience preferred; love of animals is an advantage.
Ages 22 – 45, available for shift work, and looking for long-term employment.

Pay & benefits

Probation: 25,000₫/hour.
Official: from 30,000₫/hour, with raises based on performance.
Meal allowance: 30,000₫/day.

Working hours

Type: Shift-based Full-time, with flexible timing.
Register a schedule from Monday to Sunday; the company reviews and confirms it.
Shifts within ZooJung opening hours: 08:00 – 17:30.
